If that's the only option then a little more thought should have been put in to this before taking her looking after her for a day or two then dumping her back under a pile of bricks.
Kitty will have no idea whats happening and would do even more damage to her.
It is admirable what you've done but it would have been better not to take her if all that is going to happen is that she ends up back where she started.
I wouldnt be leaving the cat at the bus shelter either. If I werent 400 miles away Id certainly offer the cat somewhere to stay
Like other people have said, surely there is someone who can take her in?0 -
So how is she going to eat, drink or use a litter tray stuck in a small cat carrier on her own in a strange place with unfamiliar people and dogs nearby? You admit you got a pen because they need more space.

You can get carriers that are big enough to put a food bowl in and smaller versions of the pen I have that would fit one or two cats, even the smaller ones have enough space for a food bowl and a small litter tray
Pets at home sell them.
I got a pen because I have more cats now and also because I didnt realise until a few months ago that you could get a relatively inexpensive cat pen that would fit 3 cats (I have two pens because putting 6 of them in the one pen wouldnt go down very well with them). If Id known about the pens, Id have bought one ages ago, putting the cat in the carrier for 4 days is obviously not ideal, but neither is leaving it back at the bus stop. It could run off and never be seen again, or worse.0 -
Is there any way someone could be in the bedroom with the cat during the day while your friend is at work.0

Sorry, at work so can not read all replies but....
A kind soul has offered to take the kitty on tonight.
Will update later re the vets visit.0 -
FANTASTIC !!!
Just need kitty to pass her vet check and ...........you have made a lot of people happy .
And one very special little cat.0 -
The person who will collect her tonight can keep her on short term basis for sure and possibly long term/permanent depends how she gets on with 2 resident cats.
I am not going to mention any usernames here (privacy of kind people) but a lot of peole offered to help with any further kitty costs if needed and possible homes too - just mostly not before the weekend and that was the problem.
Also, ideally kitty needs to be in a quiet home, with garden access (after being kept in for a bit of course) etc etc. Definitely far away from dogs as she seems really scared. Not like my lot walking all over my dog - but then they were brough up together.
So possible permanent home may still be needed.
Sorry, not replying to PM's as sneaking here while at work....will reply later on from home.
Ewa is on her way to the vets now (3 busses away) - will post as soon as I know what is going on.0 -
Oh stuff work, this has been FAR more important!!

That's great news, please do keep us all updated and would love to eventually see a picture of her once she's had some TLC and looking her best0
