Will the vets keep her in overnight for free? Or will they have regular people who can foster her?0
-
Ok, if needed - can anyone offer this kitty a home from tonight? Picking her up from TW19?
Ewa has no transport, neither do I - and I am in East London so can not help here...
Sigh....0 -
I really do understand your predicament.Having got the cat out of the cold and wet it would confuse and upset the cat to be put out again, even if just through the day.Sadly you can't say to the cat, stay there i will collect you at teatime!!
I wonder if anyone who works at the vets/RSPCA where you are going this afternoon would consider looking after it until Friday or saturday morning? If it needs treatment it could get it daily then as well.0 -

Trouble is without knowing if the cat is free of things like FLV, catteries won't take it.

I know these have been suggested before but as matter of urgency is it worth a few calls?

The only local cat rescues I could find are Hounslow animal welfare society, cat action trust, battersea and paws for life, maybe if you give them a call they might be able to help or at least give you some other options,I would hope that one of these may have a short term solution.0

You can't seriously take her back to the pile of bricks and leave her again, to me that is a cruel thing to do.
If that's the only option then a little more thought should have been put in to this before taking her looking after her for a day or two then dumping her back under a pile of bricks.
Kitty will have no idea whats happening and would do even more damage to her.
It is admirable what you've done but it would have been better not to take her if all that is going to happen is that she ends up back where she started.0 -
You can't leave a cat in a small carrier all day
Of course you can. My cats were in carriers when I got new heating put in, its a requirement of my landlord that if any work is done cats need to be in carriers, thats why I ended up getting the pen, as its bigger and they can move around more
Better being in a carrier than on the streets0
