Shall i just reply to that last email with my realisation? They can check the car reg is my daughters and was mine previously and that will confirm my mistake? I feel such a fool but mistakes happen when people rush!0

all it does is explain the reason why they had no record of your reg, but you did buy a ticket so you did pay for parking and there was no loss to the landowner
your popla appeal is still valid as they turned down your soft appeal , which they had the chance to do
mistakes happen, now you know why all this mess occurred so next time you will be more careful
but I still dont think popla will care about it , they will look at the signage, contract and gpeol aspects first
dont be in such a rush !!0 -

Why would you reply to Excel? Don't.
You could email POPLA to add it to your case file but I can't see the point as you will win anyway.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
