Nope, it sounds like it is the Operator's evidence pack. You need to email POPLA and the Operator and tell them you cannot read it and can they please email you a PDF version, or post one to you, and to ask POPLA to extend your time to review this evidence by the time taken to send it to you now (at least a week extra will be needed).

Ive opened it on my phone, its lots of folders with evidence in, photos of my car, car park signs etc etc , i dont knw ho to put it on here

my relative had a similar one and it had all kinds of folders and files in it , using various formats

so yes, it will be the evidence pack and will contain various file types

I would advise you to use a pc for this

Folder 2 case summary doc, moor machine jpg, moo info board jpg, tariff board, camera warning sign and grac period sign
Folder 3 copy of the original notive i rceived
4 keeper details , saying im liable as i confirmed i was driving
5 mybappeal and response
6 photo of the dar park signage and its site and annotated overhead pdf?
7 my appeal letter, machine data, lease contract between excel and the car park, pre estimate of loss pdf and a wav file

Please don't show the evidence pack on here. Everyone gets an evidence pack - everyone who appeals to POPLA sees what you are seeing. And to be fair, this is your POPLA appeal about a car park you have seen, not us. YOU need to see and check their evidence yourself and work out any errors just like firefly72 did:

Oh my goodness!,,,,ive just realised whats happened!,,, looking closely at the machines data at the time i entered the car park and obtained my ticket, my reg isnt there but my daughters is, ( my recently previous car)
I must of been in such a rush that i put her (my old) reg in by mistake!,
What on earth do i do now?....?

yes you made a mistake, and subject to advice from here you can add this to your case evidence , that is why you are asked to check the evidence

but your case wont hinge on this ticket, paid for or not, wrong reg or not

it may do if it ever got to court , but I dont think it matters a jot to your popla appeal, no reason why you could not send in the details if others on here tell you to

I wouldnt worry too much about it at this stage
