By the way just looked at timescales, not sure if its relevant bu the misdemeanour happened on 20/10 , i appealed on 30/10 and received my rejection plus popla code on 3/12 ? Is it relevant?0

The dates are within the 35 day limit (not that it counts for much).
My main concern is that you seem to be indiscriminately copying and pasting anything that 'looks good' from the internet and then hoping for the best. Can you confirm you understand what it is you're writing here?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

sorry you feel that way, most people on here wish to make sure you copy and paste it and appeal in a structured way that makes sure you win and saves you money
the template I referred you to is the best there is on here and all you do is alter it to suit your own circumstances
you cannot blame forum members for getting some of the information out of you in order to help, or to be critical of that appeal you posted earlier
at the end of the day post what you want off to POPLA, or you endure any nitpicking until the regulars on here are sure your appeal cannot be worded any better, despite how it may look0 -
We are not trying to make you feel stupid, we are trying to help! You need to understand what you are sending, so that takes a little research and if needed some questions asked. The popla appeal is not a race you have 28 days from when the code was raised, use this time wisely and get it right the first time .When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I thought my draft was ok though?
