I telephone T_mobile customer service to find out when I can give my pac code to my new provider without getting addittional ETF. The nice lady offered me unlimited text / unlimited calls/ 500mb with EE for £13.00. I asked if that was available for new customers as well as was told yes, so I was then offered the same deal at £9.50 per month.

she wanted me to sign up right away, kept going on about a one time offer. we eventually agreed to her calling me back tomorrow afternoon
