If you like the products, just not the rather rubbish customer service in your local branch, is it possible to shop online, OP?"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

Yes it did actually. I am elderly and disabled and do not expect to be treated like a criminal when I am not doing anything wrong.
For them to deny it happened when speaking to head office makes it that much worse.
Send them a strongly worded E-mail, I bet you'll probably end up with a gift voucher.People don't know what they want until you show them.0 -
I was expecting another newbie having a moan about Asda banning them form the store or soem other reason but it appears I have been disappointed.
OP shop online is the answer.0 -
I think you will find this is probably down to the recent £5 voucher scams that have been running since May using safe coupons which are actually not that safe, all have lost I would estimate millions between them0

Why would you want a gift voucher for a shop that humiliates you?0 -
For me to be humiliated Asda would have to have an "all clothes remover machine" and stand me there naked.
And I would still only be humiliated on a cold day
OP you take things too personally, these things happen.0 -
