Is wagamamma a posh alert? I've never been there...

Annoyingly, an excellent source of boxes is unable to supply any. Where do I acquire a good supply?

Also, does anyone know how to change from being always logged in? I think I appear to be always logged in as a result of having a look at the forum upgrade.

Freecycle is often a good source.

I'd try logging out, going to another site (i.e. not having MSE open), clearing your cookies, and logging back in again.

I don't know if it will work, though. There doesn't appear to be an option to control it in the user CP...

Maybe email the forum team and ask?

not in itself. I explained to spirit today I think of it as healthier macdonalds. Unfair on it. Spirit had one of my favourite things, that's been off menu for ages, I almost had that, but knew it would be too filling for me, but its delicious IMO. But it does tend to be in more salubrious towns, where people take kids for noodles over macdonalds.

We used bigger boxes than you were talking of, DH is freakish about carrying heavy things

BUT,more small boxes for books and CDs consider supermarkets. They don't stack well, but fruit crates of books I can carry. Wine boxes make decent ones. You'll have to go lots of times to get a quantity. Are you taking the shelves you currently own?

If you are moving after completion you might unload a few shelves worth, take those over, unstack into shelves, repeat. Its a luxury most don't have.

No, because it serves Japanese workmen's food, but yes because it's foreign?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

A banana box used to make a great video collection carrier. Wine cases make good book boxes. Ask your local offie when their next delivery is.

Would you believe that I have never been to Aldeburgh! I know, not really that far down the road yet never gone (just checked, the grand total of 28 miles away)

I was born and raised approx 4 miles from where I am now, I'm actually in a village on the outskirts of the town at the a**e end of the main road.

My sister got out though, she moved firstly to Needham Market and then to Stowmarket.

It could have all been so different if I hadn't met my now ex husband, before we got together, I was planning my move to London, initially to live with my nan but love struck and that was that.

Aldeburgh is worth a visit although it can get very busy. We went on August BH with brother SIL and nephews. Went down to the quieter end of the beach and it was very pleasant. I reclined on a camping bed (which my lovely SIL kindly bought along) behind a windbreak and everyone else spent hours in the sea.

Early evening we scattered Dad's ashes on the shoreline - my brothers idea (I had been keeping them in the sideboard with all the animals ashes :o, an honour as far as I was concerned but my brother didn't see it quite like that) - it was peaceful and felt so 'right' - Dad was back where he belonged.

Have had the windows and doors in the house sorted and we are now wonderfully draught free and I can open windows without them sticking and worrying about the glass falling out.

The other 'must do' job is getting the oil tank replaced - the current one is about 30 years old. Got a quote today, should be sorted in a couple of weeks. House starting to feel a bit more like ours now.:D

Hen still has a sore bottom so out with the sudocream again today - She will probably emerge tomorrow morning with shavings stuck all round her rear end :):)
It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

No. It's a £10 a main sort of place, readily accessible. There's one in the Bullring. It's worth at least a visit.

I recommend the ramens or the chicken katsu curry and chicken gyoza. I'd eat those gyoza every day. DD drinks the dipping sauce - I realy don't think it's healthy but it tastes amazing when you're dipping.

Morrissons always have fruit boxes near the checkouts. They are good for correctly sized books (there's sometimes a hole in the bottom!). If you use a removal company they will give you them in the price and collect them from you afterwards. The wardrobe boxes are brilliant.

It might be worth befriending someone at the local corner shop for a slow drip feed.
