No wonder kids don't know anything.... now I know where they get it from!
:P
It's not something that's happened before so I thought I'd ask the NPs. I am not down with da kids in terms of technology.

I had flu three weeks ago which is now a nasty chest infection. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? From the sound of the floods, going on the tube unless you're a strong swimmer is pretty risky.
I've got the results of the tests on Leon tomorrow at 8:30am my time, 9:30pm yours. I'm quite optimistic actually, I've talked myself into it.0 -
Good news Gen. I was thinking of you just before you posted, thinking that I must wish you all the best... but because of the time it's hard to know when it is best to post as you're 10 or so hours ahead of us.
So I'll say it now...
Good luck for tomorrow Gen. Hopefully you'll be on here tomorrow telling us you've just been out to celebrate the results. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Just saw a business park in Reading on the news. They are not flooded, but all three roads into the business park are. Apparently there is no insurance cover for such circumstances... if none of your staff can get to work but there's no direct impact from flooding. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? 11hours ahead so 9:30pm your time.0 -
It's the hours ahead thing that always gets me. Partly because you go forward and back 2 hours because of the change of seasons and partly because different states do different things. If I Skype my rels, I have to look up the time first. More often, we email, it is easier.
Def good luck though!!!!!!Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Biblical rain here. Enough to be worth commenting on over everything we've already had. I'm sitting in the car outside my house eating cake.
Need to drop the car in for service, I hope they've organised a courtesy amphibious vehicle.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I like your approach to dealing with biblical rain
Thanks for reminding me about car maintenance I need to check coolant etc in mine again. If we won't the lottery, first thing I would do is buy a newish car that I felt was more reliable. We still cannot decide what to replace the dodgymobile with but really need to make up our minds quickly.0
