I think there could be something in this, there is the old observation that the only thing you ever see fat people doing quickly is eating and I do think it takes a while for food in the tummy to turn of the hungry feeling - for example I reckon it is possible to scogff most of a packet of biscuits if you are famished and chain eat but if you eat one and then put up with the unger for a short while then you probably only want one more and feel fine.

20 Minutes I seem to remember. I used to tell the kids to come back in 20 minutes if they were still hungry if they had just scoffed stuff.

G do you have any techniques for coping with the anxiety attacks such as thought blocking?

I am a bit of a dweller sometimes. That probably doesn't help.

I don't dwell. In fact I normally forget what I'm thinking about before I've finished thinking about it.

You may notice that from my p....

But it's who you are. So try not to sweat it.

So e one here (not this thread) gave me a bit of a dressing down a while ago about personal endeavour and stuff and then I started sweating trying to endeavour to be less endeavourous. Less sweaty. Its not me. I've chilled on that. Ironically.

Thanks btw for the chat on exercise everyone.

I've just danced for ten mins to radio one. When did radio one get good again, or am I getting less pole up the bottom again? In anycase, because right side is very weak and tight I've done ten mins or so right dominant dancing. I am going to have the house to my self for a bout a month so seems a good time to start working on stamina building up a bit more reliably because in foul weather I can dance/exercise in the cheese room, by which time, weath might be better for more reliable pushing on outside again. :j:j

I should try and work out the MP3 player really, the CD player is in the study and so will have to be on really load or I have to rely on radio. Have to be careful not to get carried away and over do it and end up back at square one.

Basically restrict your eating to within a 5 hour timeframe,

Is there a limit on the number of 5 hour timeframes you can have each day ??

Has to be preserved... none of that "don't quote, will delete" nonsense now :)

I'd keel over and die gasping and coughing, head spinning and everything if I had one and probably go the whole hog and be sick.

But .....just have the hankering.

    Never mind. It will pass.
