If we are doing vouchers, £10 M&S for £5 at bespoke offers (open to everyone not just barclaycard holders) is on again though no doubt will be sold out again by the time I am home to take advantage.I think....0

I can't believe Nice People are contemplating ways of killing me just because I don't like soggy bottoms! You wouldn't expect pastry at the bottom of a fish pie or shepherds pie! A pie is a pie! All that soggy pastry means less space for filling.
Since when did Shepherds pie come with pastry ?
It should be topped with mash and decent mash should contain loads (and I mean loads) of butter. 1 part butter to 4 parts potato - if you are on a diet.US housing: it's not a bubble - Moneyweek Dec 12, 20050 -

You lot are all terribly quiet today - hope my absence hasn't caused untold misery........much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

I can say happily she will have her collar on today, she's stretching and wagging her tail and wanted to go for a bit of a trot about.. So, she's more comfortable for now,
. Phew. What a relief!

I was expecting there to be pages for me to catch up on, but there's just a few posts.
Anyway, I went to the work Christmas party mentioned on this thread a little while ago. It was fun and the food was great. Everybody's five quid went to a relief fund for the typhoon in the Philippines, so I was happy with that. Our organisers are pretty savvy about charities, and they will have done at least as good a job as I could have done in picking a reputable one, so I didn't bother asking lots of questions about it.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

Nope, I've been sorting a business transaction this afternoon.
In other news, I have 100 tablets spare (brand new), in lots of 10 (£500). Not sure on quality, so won't ask the NP!💙💛 💔0 -
