Or just accept you're hoarders and board out that 4' high room specifically as your own self store room
We ARE hoarders and trying to deal with it.
This isn't new stuff, its stuff DH keeps shuffling round like a Rubix cube as if that will make it disappear.0 -

Thanks PN. Stopped off in waitrose to pick up dips (well, it is a special occasion) and spotted a couple of reduced black pudding scotch eggs. I seem to remember someone (fir?) recommending them on a previous NPT so I'm quite looking forward to trying them later. The first gin and tonic is underway. Cheers everyone :beer:0 -
Good news! Got results this pm. Benign - my favourite b word. May go party tonight after all. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Excellent news. Enjoy a wonderful New Year tonight!Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
I've never done an New Years Eve clean. Sounds practically heretical to me. Start the year as you mean to go on, that's what I say.
Congratulations, vivatifosi, that's great news!

I am sitting in a darkened room, under a furry blanket, Xmas tree lights on, Xmas tree topper flashing LED snowflakes and an LED miniature penguin on the go ..... and a pile of gold foil covered chocolate coins conveniently placed just out of reach.
I had a warming bowl of soup and buttered/toasted baguette for tea
Warm, toasty, comfy ..... and wondering if there's anything on the box that's worth watching.0
