I did something similar to this a few years ago for my GF at the time, a mixture of silly and saucy ones, but them in a container so it was a 'lucky dip'; you could have a voucher day or coupon night, when OH gets to choose one; add a made-up barcode to the gift vouchers, to make them look more authentic; for a laugh, you could always 'trout' him when he picks out the first one, tell him it's not valid or it won't scan or whatever:)
On this occasion i'm going to go with the lazy option of Matey bubble bath it's £1 in Mr T's and can be the novelty aspect of the hamper. Love the idea of trouting him :rotfl:will think up some creative things, think baking him a coffee and walnut cake as it's his fave is one as have 0 time at the moment to bake. I've also just bought the moleskine Rome notebook to go in his hamper as he's always wanted to go so he can plan what he wants to do.0 -

I have crackers of the pulling and eating variety coming out of my ears this year.
Found new box and few odd ones round mum's besides the new box I bought earlier in the sales this year forgetting already had some in the loft. :rotfl:
And still a pile of 1p Jacobs savouries.
It's been lovely opening boxes that I've been stashing away over the year. I've had dome lovely surprises. Found lots of the soft fluffy M&S socks that were going through cheap:)To do is to be. Rousseau

Yes, lists have been made already and actually it has given me something else to focus on rather than my mum. I have a lot of problems with my memory anyway (suffer from fibromyalgia among other things) so lists and I are very good friends.
As she sounded much better today I am now going on Tuesday so I can take her to the cemetery as it is anniversary of my brother's death on Wednesday.
I find cooking quite easy (famous last words) so it should be quite routine and if they don't have everything, they will know what to do.
My partner is very grateful as is his mum so that makes it easier to do. And as a final addition, my partner's ex is suffering from early onset Alzheimers.
So, thanks again. Head up and feeling better.
Do you think we should be able to bottle the power of the elite ?? Just think what we could cure

My mum has this, it is (the illness not mum) flipping hard work, she was shouting in co-op that we were robbing them! Whilst it was sad, you cannot help but laugh x100 -

I'm probably American too. I don't think I drink as much tea as the quiz would like me to.0
