Get on your local facebook selling page and flog some stuff. Its quick, no fees and you can always find something someone wants. Been waiting half the year to flog a fold up bed we dont need, put it for sale now as people need yhem over xmas so got more cash for it. You will be surprised what you have in the loft/garage/under the bed or in the kids wardrobes etc.
I totally agree, you will be amazed what you have in the house but do not need/want x100 -
