'Farley' Leather sofas anyone?

Mine turned up today, wouldn't fit through the door in the boxes, but they were OK taking them out as long I didn't blame them if they damaged them, they still had the protective polysyrene/cloth stuff on them anyway.

They are OK for the money, a bit small, but pretty comfy. I wish I'd gone for two large sofas and a chair now, but the large sofa is out of stock, so I'm just going to keep what I've got. The recliner is very comfy, lies right back, and doesn't need to be out from the wall, which is handy.

Overall, a bargain at just over £500 for the lot, I was ready to spend three times that at DFS, so in effect I've saved a grand!

That sounds handy mike about the chair not having to be away form the wall. So do you mean you can have it against the wall and then sit in it to recline without having to pull it away from the wall?

They certainly are worth the money and comfy too. Pleased you liked them.

I have had my phone call re delivery and they are coming on the 24th.... ekk I really must start the decorating now only 9 day's to go........... I could alway's ring argos and change the delivery!!!!

You could do that but if you just get stuck in then you will be able to sit in comfort and admire your work in just over a week with an nice big on your face and a :beer: .

jaxxy I have been thinking of doing just that if I work really hard then I am sure I could do it.. The only thing is I am having laminate flooring done and I think my dad can only do it at the weekend so I will have to have everything else done by friday it's tight but I think if I really want it then I should be able to do it!!!! I will let you know how I get on!!

I took the plunge and ordered another 2 seater as the 3 was sold out.

Do you know I think they are really well made. Even when my hubbie sits on it they don't sag !!!!!!!
They don't look as small as they did so must be getting used to the size.

If anyone has furniture that they need taken away it is always worth considering freecycle (check out www.freecycle.org for your local area) the idea is to keep stuff out of landfill.

Someone would probably appreciate your old furniture and you get it taken away for free - bonus all round!

Thats exactly what i did with mine. Helps me out by getting it out the way and helps someone else out who needs sofas. :T

i've been waiting a month for my favara sofas. it's up to 35 days for delivery though. i keep ringing up and i'm sure theyre fobbing me off.
