I was just looking at the predictions on the main page of their site. Apparently Jonathan Davis predicts 50% off between 2010 and 2013.
Well, there's still a couple of days...0 -

I so love Johnny Davis.
He "Sold to Rent" in 2003 waiting for the great house price crash.
He's still waiting.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Shame really - he could have paid off most or all of his mortgage by now, particularly with mortgage rates much lower than 2003.0 -
To be fair a lot of people thought house prices were about to crash after 07. I did.
It seems like its probably time to abandon that view for the timebeing though.0 -

But what's not fair is you're not allowed to debate that over there and those left don't realise how any unapproved opinions are banned.
When I got banned people were asking why, and others were naively saying that the mods must have had good reason (they didn't).
Remarks like that show there's plenty of trusting, gullible people on there being conned by the likes of bruce banner and his dishonest paranoid friends.0 -

Well, I was banned myself. But the internet is for entertainment purposes only. Y'know that right brah?
People on a website telling you that houses are crashing in price can pretty quickly be counteracted by just looking at actual house prices.0 -

True, but the suggestion that there are sinister VI forces at work driving up house prices more than just more people wanting a house than houses available does the more stupid and gullible on there a disservice.
Particularly as that's all that's left once all the realist voices are culled.0 -

I'm afraid the stupid and gullible will find that HPC.co.uk is the least of their worries in their journey through life.
Most people on there simply have no option to buy anyway as they lack the funds.0
