Hello Hbbb :hello:
Glad you're up and about now. Oooh, that brew sounds like good motivation to get better! Do you have to keep going to the last drop? How long did Tilly's potion last?NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Well, day is ending much better than it started ...MFW actions: account shuffles, half of desired amount freed up and sent as MOP, rest will go tomorrow or Tuesday, but on track for extra goal! Slight spend today from grocery budget, but on good advice!
Grey cloud: continued headache / end of migraine at start of the day ...
Silver lining: feeling significantly better in head (!) although still very tired around the eyes this evening. Minimum time spent on computer today to try to help it, which means no work done. Have drawn up plan for rest of weekend and into next week though to get back on track so as Plan B is in place, I'm not going to be fretting about it.
Daily declutter: Mum's postponed her boot sale endeavours to Monday due to threat of storms in these 'ere parts the morrow, so I also postponed my endeavours on her part. Will try again tomorrow!
Simple pleasures:
* Lovely showers to get rid of the "sick bed" feeling
* Sitting on garden bench for 10 mins with Mr. Hbbb, looking at the productive end of the garden!
* Baby robin made an appearance today! Very sweet watching parents popping little niblets into its beak!
Hope everyone's Ok and had a good day. XStash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

I can imagine Mr Hibb was laughing - it does mature to a more acceptable level (was going to use the word flavour but that would be wrong )
Glad to hear you've had a good laugh, which probably helped with the headache anyway

Even-tide dose has been safely had! If potency of "taste" = equivalent energy level I fully expect to be zipping around tomorrow!
Oh and apparently I now stink of garlic again!
Hope you're enjoying your weekend Tilly x

I have a honey jar full which the 4 tablespoons I've had so far seem to have made no dent in at all! I suspect it may be around for a while. I'll take it as an ongoing remedy as feeling crappy seems to be pretty ongoing, although I may lay off for 24 hours before uni and client meetings as the odour is quite pungent!
Gave Mr. Hbbb a big kiss after evening dose (even though brew has mysterious effect of numbing lips for 10 mins or so) just to give him a taste of his own medicine ... quite literally! :rotfl:
Hope you're ok A*M xStash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!

Your meant to leave it sit for a fortnight ... Then drain and have 1 ounce of the liquid
Sounds like it's been a bit of an experience though
Also the recipe I have has chillies in it, horseradish root you tend to get from an Asian store
Oh dear sorry it's been horrible for you xxx0 -

Not horrible, El, hilarious, and all advice taken in the spirit intended! Must've missed the extra advice about letting it steep, will certainly try that too! No apology necessary, laughter is clearly the best medicine and is a subtle side effect of your brew! XStash busting 2014 45 / 60 (balls of yarn)!
