Ohhhh my goodness I got to breaking bad an lost the plot :)

Sheesh will need to go back and read the rest

Wasn't Breaking Bad just the BEST thing EVER :)

It got so bad on my Facebook that anytime any of my friend mentioned it they tagged me :)

I'm sure some of my friends from Facebook can agree with how bad I was with it :)

My photo was nicked from the holy guacamole scene :)

    * goes and lies down from all the excitement*

I have to admit I am looking forward to being without a tv ... Kinda nervous about the tv inspector coming though as we are not getting rid of the tv ... We just ain't watching anything live ... It ain't like the BBC would ever do anything like BB for eg

Right back to BB ... What was your fave episode? Did you guess that the person that killed Mr White would be who it was? I guessed everyone else ( including holly) before I guessed that person ...

It was the right ending ... But I'm still suffering withdrawal

    Can you tell lol

#BB: one fave episode, seriously? So many to choose from! Really enjoyed season 2, really fun in such a dark way! Having said that "The Fly" episode was an absolute corker, all around: the ideas, the writing & the acting. I was on tenterhooks at the end because I really thought WW was going to blurt out the truth about Jane just as Jesse was doing his bizarre balancing act on the ladder, on the work top! Brilliant suspense!

#TV Man: I don't know how it works with a TV & linking up to broadband & such because we use a laptop for DVDs & catchup, but if you don't need the tv aerial / cable point, can you remove it from the room where the Tv is so you can "prove" it's not connected to the terrestrial Tv network? BTW, not had one for a long time now & never been visited!

Well today is going to be one of those spendy days, I'm going shopping for log baskets for a log fire that I don't currently have :)

We are still waiting on one more quote for a log fire for both the upstairs and down stairs of the house as we have decided we just can't take much more of this cold, what we discovered when we went looking at fires etc is that it ain't just a case of buying a fire and shoving it in the corner of a room ... Oh no it's much more complicated than that, we have one quote for £4,750 for fitting the fire add two fires at a cost of £5,000 and your talking a lot of money ( obviously I couldn't like just any fire ... It had to be one of the most expensive ones)

So because we are still waiting for all that to sort out we are kinda stuck not being able to lift carpets etc ( the downstairs of the house has a carpet that we inherited when we move in 13 years ago, we decided that if we were going to put a new fire down there we might as well go the whole hog an redecorate/ re carpet etc ... Then we went carpet hunting ... The carpet we saw that we liked ... Oh why just a snip at £1,800 ... I needed to lie down after that revelation I can tell you )

We can however buy the other things we need in preparation, things like chain saws ( got a Black Friday type deal there) ... Trousers for the chain saw ( they ain't cheap) fire thermometers, wood moisture meters etc, you get the kinda idea ... So today is wood baskets ... I think my visa might just actually melt

Now obviously all of this is not conducive to paying off the mortgage, so with that in mind we will slow down the rate of debt repayment next year, we will not be going on holiday abroad next year ( apart from Tenerife in January) so that will save us quite a bit of money, I'm thinking of starting up a business which will bring some more money in and once the spends bits are all done we will be back on the severe debt payment bandwagon ... It may mean however it might take us an extra 12-18 months to pay off the debt ... But that's ok, we will still be within the 100 month challenge and we will be warm in winter ... Which surely has to be better than being just another statistic as yes our house is that cold :(

Yep sadly Skinty you will be missing the tablet :(

I reckon you should just come anyway :)

Habiboo the fly was one of my faves as well :), it was just so different from the rest, the ending of season four had me sitting with my mouth wide open :)

I will remove any ariels etc from all the rooms ... We have no intention of deceiving anyone at all ... But I have heard those tv license guys can be quite nasty etc ... We truthfully don't watch live tv at all ... We watch certain shows like BB and game of thrones, walking dead etc and very rarely we will watch something like question time ( much rarer now that I have little patient for it)

We tend to go to the pictures more and we tend to watch a lot of documentaries ( I love a good documentary)

On the night shift the people I work with have sky etc ... Because of my job I can't be noisy so I tend to spend a lot of time sitting waiting to be needed etc.. This gives me time to watch the tv ... I basically sit with my hand on the remote channel hopping, whilst reading a book or researching some information online... I once dared myself to watch Honey Boo Boo ... I can never un see that ... It held me in it's vice like grip I was strangely attracted to it and it blew my mind ... How on earth can people live like that ... And yet I watched ( once or twice I must admit) I now keep it firmly off .. Car crash tv holds a perverse addiction that I just don't want to get sucked into, I could feel my IQ level dropping by the minute :)

See I have to admit from episode one I thought right your gonna die that's a given, how are you gonna die, then by episode two I was thinking ... Right who is gonna kill you

I literally guessed everyone else but the person it was, as I watched it I had all these characters thinking oh yeah Mike is gonna do it ... Then he died ... So back to the drawing board there then, I even thought maybe badger will do it by accident, he seems accident prone, maybe give him the ricin on his chips thinking he was putting salt them for him or something ... I thought Skylar as well ... Infact everyone and anyone apart from who it was

These things don't normally happen to me, I'm usually the type that ha them sussed within the first couple of episodes, I think the fact I never got it shows the amazing writing and acting etc

So got the log baskets ... Managed to get a discount as well :)

I think that's us got everything for the fires etc ... Jut got to get the fires and them fitted now ( oh and a saw horse... But I can take my time with that )

Also went out for lunch with a friend and treated myself to an eyebrow kit ... I have sparse thin eyebrows that disappear under makeup so this should hopefully solve that problem

Have been asked to work an early tomorrow which I will do as we need the money just now

I'm kinda getting impatient for the fires etc now and waiting for quotes ... Grrr
