I like black plates, but lots of people hate them.

But then I'd actually quite like to have a set. A pretty one. With red flowers. I'm daydreaming about getting my own place now..

Birthday money isn't for putting into a pension for Jelly, Miss Lilty :rotfl:

Your gifts sound fab and a lovely dinner out too - glad you managed to have a nice time after Saturday's shannanigans :)

I'm a white dinner service person now...after being left with odd bits from 3 different patterned ones over the years, with white, if something gets broken, really easy to replace or add to. I've got the W!lko cheap dinner service too - perfect for everyday use here :)

  • I'm with Levi on this.. We have white plates for everyday, and we were given a Denby set for a wedding present, white with a thin blue rim :o Definitely no flowers!

How're you feeling today, Lilty? Hope the migraines have stayed away. I'm feeling tons better, although not much energy today, so I think my body is going 'where the f£&@ are my carbs/sugar?!' Which must be a good thing I guess... Time for an early night I think.

    Hugs xx

Flowers are awesome. I mean I don't like the real ones. But I like ones over my dresses and stuff, the big in your face ones. I'm not a fan of kitch or Cath Kidson but... Unsure where I am going with this.

  • I have a confession...I have about 4 dinner sets because sometimes, when I'm out of clean plates and cba to wash up I just buy a new one *blushes*

Lilty, before I got derailed by dinner sets I came to tell you I love you too and thanks for starting to edge me out of my posting shell :)

Next to update my own diary.
