Glad to hear the in-laws took the hint Lilty! Sounds like you had a better evening than you were anticipating, thank goodness.
New dinner set sounds lovely too. When the ex moved I gave him the dinner set we had and replaced it with a cheapy £5 wilko's white set, so no-such poshness in my house lol. I do like a nice mug though... it has to be of the right shape, with the right sized handle and a nice colour or design on it...otherwise the tea doesn't taste good.
I hope the scales are kind to you, I'm sure they will be. I am weighing in on Wednesday, although not expecting anything magical after the way I've been eating this past week. Maybe we should have a mini weekly-weigh club?! :rotfl:
Lots of love

hey liltster! you birthday sounded like quite a good result all round
the mixed grill thingy sounds pretty awesome - i remember when I used to be in a bit (well, a lot into) "low carbing" and the mixed grill was a godsend at restaurants
seems like your IL's behaved pretty well and the gifts you had sound good too.. so how does the 29 club feel? i will be joining you before you know it arrrghh.
anyway i'm really glad you had a good one, sorry I was all mixed up on the dates, I was being a total bimbo!:D xx PS: your hardcore willpower in sticking to your diet blows my mind... i bet the results are gonna be outstanding and pretty fast too! x- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

Your mixed grill sounds great, it sounds like the one from the hungry horse. Yum.
Your dinning set sounds great. But there's nothing wrong with a basic set MeandO, they all do the same job!0 -
I figured, if things get broken, it doesn't really matter and are easily replaceable! Plus I'm not a fan of eating off a coloured/patterned plate - yes, I know I'm weird - it's like tea though, tastes better from a white cup
