Aww, that's so sweet! I would like a warm fuzzy like that.

You better be safe >.< Or I will be super mean to you. Super mean

I've been chilly too, I'm in one of my house coats, they're like long cardigans.
  • Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!! A GEORDIE WHO DOESN'T LIKE FOOTBALL!?! Pick a side! Pick one right now I tell you :D Probably Newcastle right?! They are a better side... *heads off to be slaughtered* :D:D

Yes, Him has brownie points today. A bit of the warm fuzzies :)

*scared* I am not sure I can keep me safe enough for you Peaty. Next spend day I shall buy bubble wrap and wrap me and Jelly in it?!

House coat puts me in mind of various tv characters from Last of the Summer Wine etc... :rotfl: have you got curlers in? :D:D I'm in for a pasting now... a house coat/cardigan is better than a minnie mouse onesie (WITH TAIL!)

  • Aww what a lovely surprise for you both Lilt.

I went to uni in Nottingham. An ex was a massive Forest fan and got me interested in football. People never understand why I still follow Forest even though we split up 5 years ago! Nottingham is my second home :)

Blimey it is like a reunion in here!! Fmess, fess up!! Where in Notts are you from/do you live? :D

Penguins, the Uni(s) are excellent in Notts. And the student nightlife is the bomb :D

Football - Good girls Lucky & Gib!! We can't have us any bizarre Sunderland fans in here ;)

Forest - I grew up in a half Forest, half Derby household. There was no blimmin way I was picking a side! My dad had my brother as a die-hard Forest fan, along with my nephew (bro's son) whose middle name is... 'Forest' NO joke! His little sisters middle name is 'Eden' but that is purely camouflage ('scuse the pun) for his middle name. :rotfl: Anyway, sister met an ex-bf who similar to Gib was a die hard fan of  Aston Villa so that was her team of choice for years. Current hubby is a Spurs fan so you guessed it, Spurs til she dies :rotfl: ... Mum had no-one to join her on the Derby side of the house, and frankly I would rather eat worm testes if there are such a thing than support Derby.... so I went off and fell in love with Dennis Wise when he played for Chelski. And when he left, I carried on supporting them! So to be clear, no glory supporting here. They were rubbish back then. No Abramovich bank-rolling them to stardom. Pure teenage lust only. :D Am I forgiven Fmess?!

Peaty I did not think it was possible to love you more, but imagining you as a sweary old ladyesque Sheldon has done it. Marry me.

  • I need to stop eating fig rolls. I've eaten almost a whole packet. I am a fig roll fiend!

Also I am finding cups of tea delightful today after months of drinking coffee purely.

Oh and also number 2, I got an email from LL forwarding an email from the management agents to all the flat owners in the building ref all the recent issues. Basically it was 'here are the problem tenants we think, can you check if they are yours and deal with it? if you know who caused this damage, this damage & this damage please let us know as we can charge with criminal damage yadda yadda'. LL asked if I knew about any of this. Told him yes and the extent of all that had happened, who was involved and the various problem tenants at the minute, from self harming imbeciles hopped up on valium with crowds of teenagers worryingly hanging around... to the next door noodle who hangs tin foil from the ceiling in a bid to stop people nuking his brain and literally talks the ear off anyone in the vicinity. I am overtly rude to him these days and he doesn't even notice. 'I've got the new managing agents details now' he told me yesterday. 'Oh I bet they will be delighted' say I deadpan. He says 'Yes, yes.. Well they have taken on quite a monster here'.. 'Oh I am sure they will know that soon enough with you on the case' I reply. *whistling sound* ...It passed right by him.

LL was a bit shocked. It hasn't ever been this bad in the last few years I have been here. So he is on the case. Problem is, everytime someone moves out, someone worse moves in at the min.

Hugs all, I am on a fig roll high so I better wander off... xx
