can i join in the degenerative hip chat -
I have a one sided weakness from birth which caused my good hip to fail, which was finally replaced mid year last year, my hip issues first started to manifest itself when I got back from working abroad in cyprus, so its been 9 years of fighting hip pain and feeling like I'm a 100 year old woman and not the sprightly 31 year old I should be chronologically, hopefully we can all fall apart together like the little community we have become....

Lilty I blame the travel agents that is right opposite the door i used to exit the supermarket, with the reduced whole chicken and 2 pint of milk, actually i blame you....
*you told me about Joe Browns, which i looked online purchased some bargains,
*Bargains arrived today, decided to try them on for size,
*Decided to go and get milk as I was now affectively dressed and wasn't wearing my normal day off work attire of dressing gown....
so there you go
CC has had a bashing but due to my new friend YNAB it will all work out in the wash when the credit card bill arrives in 52 days (i have just had my recent bill) so this purchase won't show till mid April/May payment...
a little bonus for the added expense

*touches wood, nervously* I'm pretty healthy really (apart from being a touch overweight, that is). No hip, knee, or back issues thus far...
I do bootcamp twice a week, and yoga inbetween. Love both

Just popping in to give you a *BIG UP & Ta Muchly* for your suggestion and link over on my thread regarding halting R0yal Ma1l delivered junk leaflets etc. *whispers it* we are currently on week 2 of no pizza delivery leaflets, no mobility aids, stair lifts or expensive-cheap furniture *offers* :j Our recycling bin is sighing with relief already
It did take 5 weeks to kick into effect (lawks knows why.......), but the result is worth it!
Have a great weekend.

I'm supposed to be packing fir the holiday while mum has dude but I've actually only managed to fill the bed full of clothes, make a cuppa and then come on here. Oopppsss
I'll jump in and say I've not got hip problems but have a very dodgy knee, cartilage was very badly damaged when I was 18 in a bike accident. (my poor bike took most of the hit and was poorly for weeks) I had to have my leg in a braces for a bit and the cold nearly cripples me. There I feel like I'm in the club now lol.
Somebody wanna come pack for me so I can go window shopping, all this talk of shopping in so jealous! Most I've bought recently is an eb*y bundle for dude, 7 jeans and 3 top for a bargain price of £6, came yesterday and like new = happy mama
Sorry about work client Lilt, its so awful you just don't know what to say. I've had a few at work and it genuinely upsets me as I've talked to these people for years! Hope your ok though.January 2015 - LBM

Hey lilt..just hopping across from Ali`s. Yep of next generation, my 3 and OH`s 2 are exactly where you are pension-wise which is one of many reasons I'm more than cross. We thought we could afford them, didn't think far enough ahead to think whether the country would fund their pensions xI have borrowed from my future self

Please don't jump it here DansMam. It wound me up enough where it was no offence. You're talking to the wrong people about the wrong subjects if you expect sympathy from me to be frank.
I'd rather keep my diary on other subjects. Feel free to carry on in your own space.

Am gone. My kids are where you are. As a country we can do better by you all. Think you've misread but still, am gone xI have borrowed from my future self
