Just opened my package, and now I am prancing around my bedroom in my new skirt, teamed with leggings and a chunky sweater, I may as well go and and get some milk now I am dressed....

Today Jelly has been prize moose. Him was tearing his hair out and has gone home in a right old huff. I left work early, saw osteopath and got a bit of relief. Came home, had grilled chicken with salad, baked potato :smug: and have avoided all bar a little sliver of chocolate roll today. So sliver like it was almost see through madam is in bed and I have just attempted pilates on the bedroom rug. 10 minutes for beginners.. not bad. Feels nice! Now for an ice pack and the first painkillers of the day!

Went to work in a skirt :eek: and a lovely grey lycra/cotton cowl neck 3/4 sleeve top. Obviously clingy but tights keep michelin bumps in check and skirt did the rest. Felt ok changed for osteo obviously

Spending the day put with madam tomorrow. Bit of shopping, lot of playing. Park, duck feeding and leas all on the cards. Going to wipe her out for a few hours to burn off all this excess energy making her a monster

Osteo and pilates are a great combo and will help build the core if you're not in too much pain from it.

Damn - I shouldn't have pranced around in my new clothes, I went out to get the milk, then ended up buying a holiday -Whoops not very MSE...

It was too much of a bargain to let go but thats not what i came here to talk about, glad to hear that you have managed some exercise Lilty, sorry to hear Jelly was a little pickle tonight, hey ho for bedtimes, sounds like a perfect day has been planned for you both tomorrow though...
