Friend today shared an email on fb from someone he is doing business with. Her name, I kid you not, is Macarena Lopez. :rotfl:
He said he was struggling to contain a childish response. I responded 'Heyyyyyy macarena' :D

Right I feel ill. W and T and F - seriously. My throat is so sore I have given up on speech. And swallowing, and moving my tongue, yawning and anything else. I have a headache swiftly moving to migraine status. And an odd sharp pain in my dodgy collarbone most likely due to the cold.

I am fed up of falling to bits. Would someone up there just give me a break? We've been good. We have given to charity. We have eaten our vegetables. We have even bought clothes. Why are we being punished?

I am going to bed. The weird aches and pains are signalling my body has reached it's limit for the day.

    Night all. Much love. xxx

  • Ever think someone is looking out for you by sending weird aches that make you stop instead of letting you do even more damage to you?

It's not easy but hang in there, you'll get thru this as you do most things - with a smile on your face and the totser by your side.

    Wise as always INOD!

Woke up feeling like I have been hit by a truck. Methinks a cold coming on. Huge swollen glands, sore throat, headache, achey all over. But I am still smiling ;) and at work.

Best go and make a headstart. Am not feeling too productive! x

Alright. I've got a proper boo yah sore throat. I am in my jamas and I should be going out for a walk. I really should. Or at the very least cooking some food.

I am stating this right here and now.

I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT yesterday. I am a heffalump and it has crept up on me because I have been eating later, scoffing rubbish all day at work and generally doing all of the things the dieting book tells you not to. I am fed up to the back teeth of hating what I see in the mirror I am bored of my clothes not fitting me properly. I am eating too much sugar and I want to look BETTER even if it is just for me.

I am limited in terms of exercise. In fact I can walk, and that is all. And walk I do. 4 miles minimum on work days. 2 miles on nursery days. But I need to up the ante. So I am making a resolution here and now to make changes that will hopefully show results.

    -Start cooking more SW meals
-Cut out the carp food, chocolate to be kept to a minimum when desperately required.
    -Eat less bread
    -Eat more veggies
    -Up water drinkage

I shall look better shortly. It never takes me long to kick off the excess, but then I just build it back up. I need some sustainable fun meals :) xx

I'm with you Lilty. Have put on a stone in a year
I sooo need to get back to the gym :(

I am looking at SW meals too and they are soo yummy and filling, but just take a while to prep and cook everything and I really struggle to find the will to cook for me and only me. :( Another reason to move in! lol :rotfl:

Hope the sore throat has eased honeybunch

    xx
