Found a store recommended on the Fujitsu members forums as being a cheaper supplier of the elusive disc.
Rang them.
They have it!!!! £24.50!!!!!
I will be back when I get CD needing more help, LOL0 -
I don't think that there will be anything on this CD that can't be downloaded from their website! Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

There are two ports on the front one pink one green
There are 6 ports on the back.
I've tried my two head sets & the microphone in every different colour combination. I have used it fine previously.
See my post above regarding drivers, in device manager NOTHING has a yellow exclamation mark against it, but surely this new problem must be something to do with the sound problem that "I thought" I had sorted??????????
Please help, hubby nags everyday about me sorting it out.0 -
Sorry if this has already been said:
For the headsets plug the mic lead, the pink one into the pink socket and the other lead into the green socket. Then recheck your audio settings in the control panel and make sure the soundcard is selected and nothing is muted and the levels are fine. Click the volume button under the recording option to check the level for the mic. There might be a boost option for the mic.0 -

Had a good old play around. I have audocity & when i unplug & plug in different headsets & mics it make the sound wave thing go up & down like I'm speaking, but speaking doesn't make it move up & down & it should.
Right now I wanna chuck it out the window, I've been messing about with it for a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hubby is driving me mad.0 -
He just rung me to say hes on his way home from work & asked me if I'd had any joy with the computer.
I burst into tears:wall: :wall:
I think it was the frustration of trying for a week & still not being able to fix it:o
Where shall I take it, any ideas?
I remember a local man who fixed my daughters before, but he charges £50, what about PC world. Its probably some little setting somewhere, but I don't know where. Do you know what PC world charge?0 -
There is probably an application that controls your audio inputs and speakers.
It may be running an icon down on the right hand side next to the clock or maybe find it in control panel or even listed in 'All Programs'.
There are often settings to set what each socket does, sometimes they can have multiple functions to allow you to use 5.1 sound etc. Sometimes there are two Mic sockets, one front one back and you need to set which one you are using.
Have a look around for these sound settings.0 -
Also make sure the Mic Mute box isn't checked on the sound settings.0
