I made a mistake with my counting
My total for no 7 for march is actually £2361.97. oops! mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012
. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k0 -

Sorry I've been missing for a while, but have at least kept up the overpayments

For completeness I'll write everything I've overpaid additional to the normal repayments so far this year, and hopefully the spreadsheet can be updated.
~ January's OPs = 1337.61
~ February's OPs = 1281.05
~ March's OPs = 1191.78
Totalling £3,810.44 for the first quarter :T but doubt I can keep this up as we've booked a long overdue holiday:j:j
