    I made a mistake with my counting :o My total for no 7 for march is actually £2361.97. oops!
    mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012 :D. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k

    Sorry I've been missing for a while, but have at least kept up the overpayments :o#38 with an update

    For completeness I'll write everything I've overpaid additional to the normal repayments so far this year, and hopefully the spreadsheet can be updated.

    ~ January's OPs = 1337.61
    ~ February's OPs = 1281.05
    ~ March's OPs = 1191.78

    Totalling £3,810.44 for the first quarter :T but doubt I can keep this up as we've booked a long overdue holiday:j:j
