Sorry, fell off the thread as real,life and an extension got in the way, but have still been making some overpayments! #112 total overpayments since last entry in March have been £432.59 bringing the total to £572.68. I need to work out what my overpayments should have been in November and transfer that, so will update again once that's done.

Just a reminder for everyone to get their overpayments in over the next couple of weeks, including any you may not have posted during the year. I will finalise the 2014 MFW spreadsheet on 4 January.

This is also the final payment on my mortgage hurray!!!!!
Very proud of myself as I've done it all on my own and cleared it in just under 10 years.
Even though I wont be joining you next year, I wish you all the best of luck. This is a fab forum group and the encouragement is fantastic. I might be back in a year or two though as planning to save up for deposit and do it all again.
