Your son is 22 whatever has happened in the past, he really needs to start telling the truth. Its just about acceptable not to disclose facts when he is not asked about them, but he really has to grow up and take responsibility for his actions.

He is grown up for 22. Ive not said he isnt I was just asking for advice. He has done nothing wrong and is just bothered by how it will afect him getting another job. I dont know why some of these replies are coming across as sounding nasty when you dont even know him. He cant take action for something he hasnt done. This is why it has gone to appeal.

Most companies won't allow fellow colleagues to write references using their company headed paper.. otherwise we would all get references from our work friends wouldn't we
2012 wins! can of deodorant, a personalised Bean, craft show tickets, Top Gear Live Tickets, Case of sourz fusion
  • Its just best to leave it off his C.V and say hes been doing other things or get a job that doesnt require a reference and do that for a bit and then use that to get a better job.Or use references from previous places he worked instead.
He doesnt need a P45, he can just go on emergency tax and the tax office will sort out his code. They also will not divulge to a new employer where he worked before.

    Hi
Thank you. Its not that he intentionally wants to decieve ive said what ever happens this week he will have to start telling agencies the truth. Trouble is he has done great at his job been always does. Gets lots of praise. Think he's going to have to hope after explanations some employer will give him a chance.

Unfortunately he has been found guilty of something he has not done. The prisons are full of innocent people.

You're getting some nasty replies because you and your son are attempting to cover up his failings with lies and deceit. It hardly puts your family across in a positive light. Sacked for bullying then lying to cover it up.

A prospective employer will seek a reference from the previous employer, either from HR or director level.

I'll give you corner shops and market stalls.

If you cast an eye over my other post, I referred to organisational employers.
