I apologise in advance, but where do I find this list?
I've been searching for ages.
Q -''I got a windscreen PCN, I've checked the BPA & IPC lists of AOS members but can't find the company''I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
This is a dumping ground thread - posting here is a complete waste of time!
Get yourself to the Newbies Sticky itself, which is the core of everything you need to do now - it is all linked from there!0 -
If you tell us which company .........Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Excel Parking.
Excel? They'on the IPC AOS list. Seems that the IPC list (currently) doesn't show any operator when searching by the first letter of their name (as in 'E' for Excel), rather you have to go to the whole list of PPCs (the tab with a *), then work from there.

Hey all,
i have been fighting a parking fine for a few weeks now. I received a court letter over a year after a parking offence. This is in my dads name, although i was the driver of the vehicle. I sent out a propsed letter advised by a thread on hear stating i wanted evidence etc following new protocol legislation.
the fine is now upto £625 and they intend to take me to court? they are talking about avoiding court and going through a mediation process but i am a bit lost in what to do next?
thanks0 -

Flipflops10 - you have posted in the sticky thread, where you were specifically asked not to post - see the post above yours. Best action now is for your to read through the sticky (as you are in it anyway) and pay particular attention to post #2 where it is explained about small claims court and the procedure. Then (or at the same time) send a PM to a board guide, Crabman, Savvy or Soolin and ask them to move this post to a new thread.0

I'm looking for the most up to date info on Ace security parking firm. I got a ticket from them last week, i have been informed the new management company of a particular set of flats on a private gated street have put this company in charge and are giving out tickets like flyers. Previously the tenants were able to park on the street as long as it was not over night. As a therapist, I was there for a short period and received a ticket with a charge of £100. if paid in 14days £60!!! Please i would be so grateful for any info on how to fight this ticket successfully. Thanks in adv.:A0
