    I have read all the Newbie advice and it's excellent - I've written to the retailer and the CEO but can't get onto G24's website - any advice

    I just wanted to know, after you have made the appeal as the keeper of the vehicle what should you do just wait for a reply? What if they do not reply?

    This post is a lifesaver! Follow the instructions meticulously and you will win! I won my case in APRIL 2018. I got the fine in APRIL 2017! It took a while but we got there in the end. It only cost me the price of a sending one second class letter (statement of defence to the court), as opposed to paying almost £360 (PARKING CONTROL MANAGEMENT'S ridiculous claim).

    I can't thank you guys enough! My wife thought I would lose the case and she told me to pay the fine! I had my doubts but I am glad I stuck it out! You guys ROOOOOCK!
