If I know something is worth a lot more than 99p I always save them for free listing weekends so I can start the price at the minimum I would accept for it. I usually do some research to see what similar items are going for so that I have realistic expectations, but personally I would be unbelievably miffed if I listed something worth £60 at 99p and didn't receive any higher bids! :rotfl: Good luck! :)

On an aside, I finally got around to checking out Swagbucks lastnight - what a fatal mistake that was, it resulted in my going to bed ridiculously late, mostly because of the rather addictive games on there! Ooops!

Ah, but the £60 ones don't have any bids, and I have a 99p bid and 5 watchers with another 6 days to go! Plus I think it's hideous and only put it on eBay because no one bought it on fb where I asked for £2.50! Lol, so on that basis I'll take my chances - and what I can get!

Anyway, £25 onto my total today for those "old curtains" so I'm happy, happy, happy :)

Hey lynnejk hope you are feeling brighter xx

    I have added the following:

    11p Qmee
    50p facebook sale
67p from eBuy -- with £1.20 postage this is what I work out as left after fees on a 99p sale, few pence better than my usual £2.60 postage.
    £4.29 bank interest
£10 Christmas bonus from bereaved parent allowance -- forgot you get this so asked what this was with the bank.
£36 for selling a vintage camera, fair price considering its condition I think :)

I had some good news that PC Wurld have apologised to me for what they call "multiple errors" in their dealing with my cashback claim on 2 new laptops and a remaining £100 should be with me by the middle of this month. I will never ever take up one of these offers again, what a palaver it has been.

    Keeping going! x

Am a long time follower of this thread. Would like to join this month please. £10 per day.

Can I ask too pls? How do you all make so much money on ebay? Every time I put something on it either sells for pennies or doesn't sell at all.

    Thanks

Nat this made me laugh :rotfl:As I will have to start shopping at Mr S as they are right dragons where I shop :rotfl:

To everyone who asks about making money on Ebay
Good photos as many as you can if they are out of focus or just carp retake them. Good descriptions and make sure you put returns accepted ! And no WOW or L@@K in the title !!!! :(
If you put your item down as 99p start thats all you think its worth thats all buyers think its worth. Unless you know it will go high never list at 99p
Most of all do your homework look what your item has sold for in the past and price it around the same sort of price.
True postage costs and get it out the day before it sold :rotfl::rotfl:
That is a joke but as soon as possible :D

    Hope that helps :D

Oh and BTW nothing for me today :(

    Another $5 from Swagbucks.

That brings my monthly total so far to approximately £6/£100.

    Every little helps :)
