First £10 received from Ebay listings ending last night (just have to pack and send now). Going to try to ignore Ebay cash and let it mount up in PP so I can't use it until I need to at the end of the month!
Hope everyone else is doing OK!

I have listed items on the bay, been doing surveys on my...vey and got rid of some old books and sent off an old mobile. Are there any other ways people could recommend I am currently coming to an end of my maternity so any extra help would be gladly needed. X

Hi. Please can I join in? More important than ever as my work is a little thin at the moment (agency worker). Plan of action: Ebay, surveys, wombling receipts etc, mystery shopping if I can find any in my area and anything else (legal) that I can think of. Will try for £100 and see how I go.

My husband is so grumpy right now - made him help me get some more stuff out of the loft about an hour ago - cue face on. Pulled down suitcase containing 3 pairs kids old curtains - Dunelm, fully blackout lined, heavy etc. "old curtains?!" Says he of no vision "who do you think is going to buy your tatty old curtains?" NB they are so not tatty - damn good quality! I am now sat here whispering words like "ha" and "I told you" every few minutes after I stuck pics on fb and was offered £25 for all 3 pairs within 10 minutes. He doesn't seem to be speaking to me...

This made me smile, my OH said no one would buy a bikini at this time of year and I have sold 4 now. Just shows that if the item is good people will buy.

Hi, I have recently started mystery shopping after seeing people here do it, there's a useful article on the main site here as well as an insightful thread on the Up your income part of the forum, I'm not doing anything too complicated but touch wood this month I'm now up to £150+ of jobs, (that includes fee and reimbursement) I'm sticking with jobs close to home that sort of fit in with where I'm going to be anyway, including eating meals out and reporting on a supermarket, with the company I'm signed up with (Marketforce as per article mentioned) you can only have a maximum of 8 jobs booked at a time, I have done 3 now in December and have 8 more booked.

Also, if you enjoy writing and have the time you could make some money/get some good review items through setting up a blog as a mum blogger? You have to be patient and work at it though, loads of tips available online if you fancy it x

I'd recommend it, hope that may help a little.

Good luck finding something more to work for you x
