  • Hi everyone,
Just having a catch up so excuse multiple posts :D

I had a bad nights sleep.

I was restless over worrying about debt. It is looking like the houses needs a re-wire, either full or partial. This has been a bit of a set back as I was finally get a hold on the household purse and was trying to finally find a bit of cash for savings, pensions, Zopa, kids savings acct. etc..

    On a more positive note,

    Won £50.00 Amazon Voucher Coop/JointheDots
    1p Roadkill
3 Focus groups books for end of the week and Monday,

Sorry to hear about the house problems USA :(
But well done on your comping wins :T
Try writing down any worries just before you go to bed, that could maybe help clear your mind.
Please can I pick all your brains....
I have listed items on the bay, been doing surveys on my...vey and got rid of some old books and sent off an old mobile. Are there any other ways people could recommend I am currently coming to an end of my maternity so any extra help would be gladly needed. X

I guess fleabay and fb selling are quite good. Do you have a hobby you can make money out of too? These are all things that people tend to do on here :)
Oh and 'wombling' receipts to get the most out of reward vouchers :o

My husband is so grumpy right now - made him help me get some more stuff out of the loft about an hour ago - cue face on. Pulled down suitcase containing 3 pairs kids old curtains - Dunelm, fully blackout lined, heavy etc. "old curtains?!" Says he of no vision "who do you think is going to buy your tatty old curtains?" NB they are so not tatty - damn good quality! I am now sat here whispering words like "ha" and "I told you" every few minutes after I stuck pics on fb and was offered £25 for all 3 pairs within 10 minutes. He doesn't seem to be speaking to me...

    Pahahahaha good for you

Argh, such a muppet - a friend gave me a hot pink versace for h&m bag for my 30th a couple of years ago - was in the loft pretty much ever since as I thought it was hideous. So BNWT, dust cover etc etc. just listed it on eBay at 99p and got immediate bid - searched and all the others are listed at £60 +

Last month ebay removed my designer shoes as it decided they were fakes (again started at 99p but I knew I'd get much more - convinced low start price was what convinced ebay of non genuine-ness), what's the betting this is removed too? Shame, as I plan to seriously rub husbands nose in another good "loft junk" sale...

Awwww nooo thats poop about ebay :(
But I'm sure you will have some keen bidders on your bag seeing it for so cheap some people might have a bidding war and end up paying more than they usually would for it so you never know :)

Right so far this month I have made £78 selling my old phone to CEX and £20 from fleabay minus fees and postage :D
£98 and its only day three, I told you I was saving myself for this month, woop woop! :j

I feel for you Lynne, I'm exactly the same, feeling demotivated after I had a 'refer' and have to hand in two assignments by tomorrow. I haven't done them, oops!

£3 pine cone just landed :)

Thanks for the empathy nat - bet you burning the mid-night oil to do those !!!. I just thought I'd done quite well and then got the lowest mark I've had all course. I should know by now 'No original thoughts and tick all the boxes whether they are stupid or not!' I will put it behind me.
