or 2000 something if people pay the £35 quid.
Or fewer than 6 a day - I'm still not getting out of bed!
Look, do you want to fight your ticket, or fight with us? I suggest your ticket might be the easier.
Please start your own thread (and don't p1ss off regulars if you want real help) :cool:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

They are small time, and there is a lot of SIP companies with hardly any cash, so not likely to be vat registered as their turnover is minuscule for a company

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

We have so many threads to deal with each day and there's only a very small circle of 'regulars', that to get into nugatory debate deflects us from helping other cases, and will soon see the individual 'cast adrift'. We don't want that to happen if at all avoidable. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. When I had my own business and doing business-to-business contracts I was very wary about anyone purporting to be a 'big player' if they were not, as a minimum, VAT registered. One of the first things I checked.
Not much of a big player otherwise! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Their customer testimonials are hilarious (all three of them!). This is from "Sherekhan":
IP has exceeded our expectations on all fronts, they are professional, easy to work with and do exactly what they say when they say it.
Shere Khan, as I'm sure most of you have already spotted, is the name of the tiger in The Jungle Book!
Just noticed that 'Shere' has now changed to 'Barbour'. Guess someone's watching this debate. If the name can change so rapidly, it does question the veracity of the testimonial :cool:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. No not **coaches** keep up at the back.
Having posted earlier today about how this website does not work, and lo and behold it's been fixed by lunchtime, perhaps the all-seeing reviewer of this thread for this company would like to know what else is wrong, so they can fix that too (yes, we know you are there). Except THIS time, I 'm not going to coach you (I've learned my lesson and my paid for advice is expensive). Here's a clue: one of the problems is legal.
YOU find it and sort it out, after all you are SO professional ...Zero_Gravitas wrote: »Curiously, the links didn't work at 07:30 this morning, but do seem to work now... Best Regards,

Some thing else just occurred to me - if they had won so many POPLA appeals, why did they feel the need to ditch the BPA and join the IPC?
