  • So why arrange to have deliveries sent to your home knowing you're not there? Why not have them sent to your place of work instead?

    As a courier you wouldnt believe how much fuel and time i waste because people not being home, i understand that people work but a note on the door or a special instruction message would save us loads of time, the last thing we want to do is bang on neibours doors when all yhe curtains are drawn

    lucky you i had horrendous problems last year with the edinburgh depot, said they's tried to deliver twice and left a not through the door (i knew it was lies as I'd had an accident at work a few days before and hadn't been out of the house) then they said they couldn't find it, was fobbed off something terrible.

    Ha,I had the same with Citylink when I was off sick from an accident.
