  • Another item off my PP list:

    8. No 7 Pore Refining Serum 30ml - WBA but I suspect this was discontinued as was purchased on a very cheap deal (sale and 3 for 2 but full price deducted - the usual Boot$ glitch!) a few months back. I still have the other two but will replace with an already-in-use Clinique pore serum for now so much more expensive and less effective!).

Apart from the odd spot or two (which had been lingering under surface anyway) my skin is looking amazing at the moment, and feels so smooth. I tend to suffer with congested areas on my forehead, chin and cheeks but this has pretty much cleared. I have been using three new products recently, as I think I mentioned a few weeks ago - Philosophy Purity cleanser, Elemis PC cleansing balm, and the No7 serum - so not sure which is to thank, or if it's a combination! I guess time will tell as I start to UU...

Hello Rosemary! RIP laptop, typical, just before Christmas...!

Another UU - Avon Skin So Soft Body Butter Silky Moisture (the pink one). WIBA? Yep, when on offer, a really thick, rich body butter that I enjoyed using.
My Avon Girl is now working full time in her gap year, so has given up Avon.
I have a small stash of my favourites, the Rich Care Family Cream, I just got another Moroccan Oil shampoo and conditioner as it was on offer.
No doubt Avon will assign me another rep in due course but I won't go hunting for one just yet.

  • The good

    UU

Boots cotton wool pads - WBA

Etat pur purifying mask - Still have some to go but WNBA as I dont like the smell.

Ultra dex mouth freshener - came as a trial but WNBA has a bitter aftertaste.

Molton Brown ylang shower gel & body moisturiser minis. WBA Ive not used Molton Brown before and liked the fact that such a little goes a long way.

    The Bad

Strayed into the body shop whilst in the city yesterday (our BS has closed) so ins:

4 x grapefruit shower gel - on 4 for £10 so stocked up.
1 x gingerbread shower gel - paid £1 as had a joycard from a magazine.

8 minis from the Kiehls offer.
2 x original source lime for DD.
2 x perfume samples received free when I ordered travelos.
2 x superdrug nail polish remover pots - this is an acetone version so hopefully with work with glitters.

    The ugly

Mark Jacobs honey gift set - ordered from boots with points (£39.50) ive been eyeing this one for a while and this is the best price Ive seen it. Will add to totals when its actually in my stash.

Also have an an order coming from Molton Brown.

And several more 'special' offer mail order purchases..........so overall not great.

Have painted my nails with Dollish polish 'walker bait'
    No more buying toiletries

I have a horrid head cold and have had to cancel going out with knitting group for our Christmas Lunch today! Had a nice soak in hot bath this afternoon which resulted in

UU 125ml Elemis Nourishing Bath Soak. It came as part of a gwp set, but WNBA, disappointingly did not seem to do anything.

Hello everyone, I have 1 UU, 5ml REN Ultra Moisture Day Cream. This was a free sample, and it was OK but nothing special. WNBA

I also have some INs from Secret Santa last night. Roger& Gallet 25g soap, 30ml bath and shower gel and 30ml conditioner shampoo. Doesn't say what the scent is.

    There are also GA
s to report: trial size Liz Earle Cleanse&Polish, skin tonic, moisturiser and eye lotion (plus a cloth) which my DD raided from my stash to give to her boyfriend's mum.

I also wrapped Nail Envy in cool pink for my DIL (her favourite) as well as Nails Inc express varnish remover and Lanolips in Rhubarb. I did up the same package, plus Nails Inc Varnish in Regent Street (I nearly kept that!) for DD.

I'm also giving DD my partly used Revitalash as she can't afford to buy one for herself. She had an eye infection and the lashes on that eye thinned dramatically. I bought her some Revitalash which helped restore them, but she needs to keep up maintainence applications for the full effect.

I make that an overall reduction of 6. I almost feel I'm getting somewhere!

I am so over S&G, I see on the Grabbit Board about the S&G offer this week in B88ts, pah not even tempted!
I have an out - Lidl Madam Suddenly perfume, really like this and very reasonable price. I bought it in one of their special offers at £1.99 :) and WBA (already have some in my stockpile) while the fragrance doesn't last overly long it's cheap enough to use again and again.

Off topic, but does anyone know how to add a second email address to a yahoo account? TIA

I have a confession... :o I didn't declare an "IN" last week which was a freebie at a dinner I went to of Next Diamonds perfume. However, I have realised that I can use it as a GA to a friend.... Phew! Crisis averted!

I've ordered my mum's Christmas present too from L'Occitane. She wants "nice smellies" and I seem to always get them from L'Occitane for her. I love the quality of the stuff from there. However, by buying it online I have 4 travel size shower gels heading my way for free. I'm hoping to quickly think of a friend to give them away to so it doesn't impact on my balance. ;)
