I'm using this moisturiser too at the moment and like you find it heavy to use. Don't like the fragrance of it either. Never mind, I noticed last night I can see the bottom of the pot so hopefully not much of it left.

Sorry to break it to you, but I started to see the bottom of the pot months ago! I didn't mind the smell so much, but if it helps you, I used it up quicker by applying it again before bed. It works quite well as a night cream - it's the right consistency. I probably could have used a second moisturise instead for the day time, but opted instead to focus on one.

I have received a free sample of La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo today - thanks for whoever shared the link! I forget....

I'm thinking of Rosemary and glad the surgery went ok.

back to work tomorow for the 2nd consultancy meeting, TBH not sure exactly what the point is. At the last one they gave me the redundancy info as well as details of the money due, only statutory :( and even then they've tried to diddle me out on an extra year  I have pointed this out too.
I've also asked for all the relevant forms and HR are doing their best to as obstructive as possible. Really want it all over with so I can move on. Still need to get my stuff from my desk as well.

I have no INs or UUs, so I suppose that's ok :)
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Assett - are you allowed/would you wish to take someone into the meeting with you?

A few years ago I had moved to another office in the same organisation, when they made my position redundant a couple of years later they gave me 4 weeks notice and offered statutory redundancy pay, forgetting that I had 14 years service and was entitled to 12 weeks notice or pay, red faces all round when I reminded the area manager of the relevant facts:rotfl:, they sort of had the last laugh as I had to work the notice period, however, the situation was unavoidable and there was no ill feeling ( the whole lot folded about a year later)

I hope that it goes well for you. (hugs)

I really feel for you asset - hope all goes as well as it can tomorrow, and that's good advice from maddiemay.

My Kiehl's order arrived today, so my INs:

    2. Ultimate facial cleanser 75ml then NBIs with this were...
    3. Creamy eye treatment with avocado 1.5ml
    4. Creme de corps 30ml
    5. Ultra facial moisturiser 30ml
    6. Ultimate strength hand salve 30ml
    7. Midnight recovery concentrate 4ml
    8. Rosa arctica cream 3ml
    9. Powerful strength line reducing concentrate 1.5ml

All packaged in a rather nice mini wash bag - I'm really impressed!

They have just opened a store in Newcastle and I LOVE it in there. I will be buying their SPF stuff for my face, but no other skincare as I have plenty lush stuff and I think I prefer the texture of lush creams :)

I had to pop on and tell you about my exciting UU.
My wand....my lovely but VERY LHJ Madame butterfly wand that I made myself at our shop nearly 2 YEARS AGO!!
I keep adding a bit to each bath to use it up, it is nice but the smell isnt as good as rose queen or rose jam whcih I would prefer to buy anyway, so its taken forever to use this...
I was doing the usual little stir of it at the start of the bath and it BROKE, hooraaaahhh! Meaning i could then crumble the remaining in as a bubble bar instead and thus use. it.UP :j:j:j
This was on PP last month but I took it off cuz it was bugging me so...
now it has gone, muahahahaha! And the stick has a nice message on from one of my lush friends :) (more junk for me to hoard)

Off to enjoy my bath now....oh and Potion is spluttering so this could be a double celebration tonight, happy days :D
    Don't turn a slip up into a give up:D

Ooh what eyeshadows did you get? Sounds like you got some lovely things.

Got Woodwinked, Satin Taupe and Blanc Type. I also forgot to mention that I also picked up a pot of Benefit Boing Concealer for Emma from Debenhams. Well worth it with 15% off.

I've only been using it as a night cream as I use my PCMC during the day. My skin has felt lovely in the mornings - shame about the smell of this stuff.

My thoughts go out to you asset. I went through a botched redundancy consultation some years ago and the whole experience was horrible. I took my former employers to a Tribunal but they still won against me. If I were you I would think long and hard whether you actually want the job or not. In my experience Employment Law seems to work in favour of the Employer.

Also have another UU from my PP and a very sad one:-

Decleor Herbal Clay Mask - my HG and I have no others in the stash. It's too expensive (£27.00) to stock up on and I really can't justify buying one before Christmas.

Am feeling rotten today. Have a barking cough that started out last week as a tickle but now is one of those body shaking ones. Have an appointment at my GP this am.

asset - hope today is not too dreadful. 10 years ago I took voluntary redundancy whilst on maternity leave, I had left for maternity on good terms but things turned very sour during the process because they made a complete mess of it all and didn't like it when I pointed it out their mistakes to them.

    I have a uu

Benefit That Gal Brightening Primer - this is fine as a primer but I don't see any brightening effects so WNBA. This one was a mini from Glamour I think and I may have another this size.
