You don't have to put any of it in the pot if you don't want to / can't afford to. You could pot say 50p for every day you take your lunch in as a little well done to yourself. Since i rarely remember to take my lunch in i would pot £3 as that's roughly what it costs me every day.
Nell - That is fantastic newsi am so happy for you. I have loved your positivity through your journey.
Sue - Will we all just move up the tree depending on how many people have left in the numbers less than us? It shouldn't be difficult to do using Sparkys spread sheet(s).
Afternoon all
£10.07 went into my pot today. £8 of which was 4 lovely £2 coinsI really am determined to do better this year.
My sister and her OH have started their own pot after seeing how well i did and how big the smile was on my face haha! They even said they will bag it and put it in the bank rather than use a co!nst@r!!!
I went shopping on Sunday to get all my Christmas presents since i'm going to be too busy from now until Christmas day....... I came home with some roasted chestnuts and 2 advent calendars for my nephew (£1 each or 2 for £1 :S) So who knows what i'm going to do. I wonder if the kids would be happy with me potting the money instead of buying them gifts? HahahaSealed Pot Challenge member #071 VSP #4

Hurray, Hurray! my christmas shopping is done :j :j went to TK Maxx to spend the last £65 on DH (only managed £47 so still got to carry the card around
) as he was last on my list
Then went to Mr T and got my 4 free packs of bog roll, and free coffeeand they had a huuuuuuuuuge piece of salmon in the reduced section for £10 so picked that up for my mum too
with all my coupons I managed to save over £12 AND they gave me a till spit for £1.48 as my comparable shop would have been cheaper in Mr A (who conveninetly dont sell the bog roll I bought so its not in the price comparison :j :j)

Awe I love the sound of coins dropping into my jar! Have potted steadily every day and I'm so, so excited - found my first piece of road kill today!! Was walking up to Asda in my lunch break and there on the pavement at the traffic lights a new, shiny 50p twinkled up at me. Nearly broke my back bending so quickly to pick it up but I held it in my gloved hand all the way round the shop!0
