Re your assumptions about no roadkill in Scotland, Lynne, I'll bet it's the latter "it's not a Scottish trait to throw money on the floor" :rotfl: Saying that, DH & I found some in both Balloch and Fort William the year before last. Onward & upward, Lynne...or maybe that should that be downward as in looking.

Well I live in Balloch and have only found 1p in the last few months, you must of cleared up the last time you were here Sue.

I was wondering about lunches, I take my lunch from home everyday, except Friday. Should I be putting the money I save into my pot? Or just Fridays money? I would of taken my lunch anyway not just because I'm doing the SPC.

Of course you can join us, moneytree1. A very warm welcome to you. :grinheart Have fun saving and enjoy the banter. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 5 of page 1. Please read through post 1 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge.

Please also subscribe to the thread by clicking on "Thread Tools" (lower green bar) and clicking "Subscribe to this thread"...or you may lose us! To put your SPC No on, go to "Quick Links" (right side of top green bar), click and then click on "Edit Signature" and you're away. ;)

*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it really helps.

moneytree1, don't worry, you're not the first one to make a mistake. Good to have you with us.

Very kind of you re your in-laws, nanto3girls. That must be such a blessing given their ages.

You'll need to be quicker off the mark next time, sexyshark. You were probably beaten by another SPCer! :D

I see what you mean now, shiningfaery, good to know you're keeping a close eye on it.

    Oh very well done, Lilmiss.

Loveactually, I doubt very much that you're the only one to like the company of colleagues, enjoy your Christmas lunch with them and well done with the money from the clothes. :T

Rosy, I think I'd go along with, Vicky as it sounds as though you clearly could do with a breadmaker and the rest wouldn't waste, but you'd have £25 in the bank to fall back on should you need it. :D Well done on the sale.

There you go, heyjude, it pays to keep eyes down as well as glancing ahead to keep safe though. ;)

Well I live in Balloch and have only found 1p in the last few months, you must of cleared up the last time you were here Sue.

Outside Balloch Co op, claireyfairy, by the CP. To answer your question: I think saving Mon to Thurs inclusive is the best way otherwise we'd all be able to pop it in for every day. ;)

Hello again, elizabunny! I was getting concerned about you earlier and was delighted to see you on SPC 6. I really hope things are relatively ok for you. I'm fairish thanks. ;) All the best for a lovely Christmas and a healthy, Happy New Year, hubby too....and take care of yourself. :grinheart

Ok sparky, I'm just going to have a read.

Anyone wishing to join, please just ask, you're more than welcome, it's NEVER too late. There may be a lot of us, but don't be shy, we're a lovely lot, so come on in.:grinheart
Please read the 1st post on Page 1 first so you know what's what.
