Been paying fr things on card so nothing to speak of still.... I did empty my bag and found pound coins which I will pt if not used before Monday but th6 £2 cions wen tinto my £2 pot...

A whole 85p into the pot today, then I discovered the stash of 20p pieces elsewhere was up to £17.... so I've transferred it into my sealed pot (although I bagged up £10 of it to pay into my bank, but it will be put into my signature when it goes in!).

Welcome to the newbies. I promise that you'll be scanning the streets for roadkill and pouncing on any penny you find. It's pretty addictive!

£1.44 potted today. Just finished washing up after cooking dinner for friends. I have a dishwasher, but I like to hear the plates squeak and they don't when they come out of the dish washer so I wash everything by hand

I am not getting up until after 12 tomorrow!!

Just back from holiday and desperately trying to catch up on all the posts! Firstly, I must say a belated Well Done! to our dear rosyq for completing her wonderful sponsored walk for Breast Cancer. The woman is amazing

Well, payday on Tuesday and I'm not going anywhere until then so my last bit of cash £1.31 potted. Now to have a rummage for items to sell on fleabay to crank up the savings. They will now let you list 20 items a month FREE either auction or 'buy it now', I think. Great stuff!

Oooh, it's going sunny :cool2: so.... washing to be done too. Now wait for the thunderstorms :cool:

Good luck with the car, lynne. I just managed to get mine back after 2 weeks and had to pay £300 excess...... What I didn't realise was that the car ( a VW) was made in Spain and they had to order a new door from there!! ???
