Can I join please? Always potting loose change - I save 5p 2p and 1ps as it is, plus any small change and tips I get from my shopping/job (I do bar work in London) usually gets put away. But as its the end of the month all of that seems to have been spent in lieu of my overdraft!

edit: just been through my coin purse and taken out everything except a £1 coin (like to have one in case of emergencies) so £3.40 into my new pot

Welcome Deleted_User, I have found this group to be very motivating as I want to report on how much I've potted! They're a lovely bunch to talk to as well, I've been having some issues lately and have had lovely responses even if it isn't potting related!


Had a meeting in a hotel bar earlier and when I moved to put my coat back on my boss said that a £2 coin fell out of my pocket onto the floor behind me. Little did he know I knew I had no cash in my pockets to begin with!
