So does your OH have a far/smallholding, Hicks? I really hope all the little ones pull through. Our neighbour has several as a sideline and most of the lambs are at the bottom of our garden. They bleat a bit but it's a super time.

Yeah we live on an estate where sheep are present. I love it. We had 7 born yesterday. One was so tiny I was convinced that she would be one of a set of twins, esp as AB hadn't come away but nothing today. We got 5 today, 2 black twins, a black and a white set of twins (our only white lamb) and 1 more black. Monday heard me and started to bleat so I went to her pen. She ran over wagging the tail and tried to get through the bars; I'm worried how she'll be when she is well enough to go out to the field. It can't be helped though; we have to feed her every 3 hours now. Will be nice if she remembers us as she gets older and come over. Too cute. It's lovely to be around them isn't it?

I hope things aren't too bad for you, Lynne, though I know you're going to need to be frugal. All best wishes to you both. :)
Thanks for the kind thoughts. Still got heads above water but paddling furiously :o

Great to see you're all doing so well with the potting - and still half the year to go eh ;)

Welcome back nikki702, you probably now all the does and don'ts already but just nip back to page 1 for a refresher if you need to, we were all allocated new numbers at the start of this years challenge as lots of savers appears to have dropped out so our boss lady Sue-UU will give you a new one later I'm sure. Happy potting :)

As for me I'm still potting away my $2 coins and the roses jar I've had for many years is looking quite healthy :)

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Afternoon all.

    Just a quickie.

    Potted 2 x £2 and 2 x 20p coins - another £4.40 into the pot.
Some great potting going on, keep it up.
I'm trying to hit £600 by next Saturday night, pot as much as possible by the end of May and then relax a little (if possible).
Pot should hold approx another £100 and then I'll start pot No. 2 to finish off.
I'll weigh it again at the weekend and hope it's put on lots of weight. No diet for my pot. :D

Haven't posted in ages! Sorry everyone.....

Had our 2nd baby -a boy called sam in mid april, he was 5 weeks early! Spe t 2.5 weeks in hospital waiting for him to learn to eat....oh raided the pot to pay for parking while visiting, so it was nearly empty till I found an old purse with £6+ inside :) so it is partially refilled again now :)

Congrats Ihead 123 - must have been a worrying couple of weeks for you but glad you are home safely and back to the potting.
£2.40 for the sealed pot today.
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

congrats on your new arrival lhead, aww im all broody now :D . . . DH has just said 'NO'! its like he's telepathic  :rotfl:

£2 coin in the £2 coin tin and some shrapnel in the big tin, stuck one of DD's hair clips in the pot as Q'Tip box was tooooo farrrrr awayyyyyy! Theres just under 2cm of room left in the pot :j :j oooo wonder if i'll get to start a new one at the end of next week :D

Spent the last week trying to buy 5" Dr Who figures for my nephews birthday, I was given a very specific list of what to buy, what he already had and what he didn't want  and have just had an arguement with my sister as managed to get some off the f0rbidden planet website and they had the old version cybermen in a set for £15.99 and I didn't tell her! Now on my specific list it said he already had lots of cybermen so not to buy any, but it seems thats the new cybermen not the old ones! How was I supposed to know? I don't even watch the bloomin show, I haven't got a clue what im buying! I've just been sticking each name into go0gle and seeing what comes up :o
