    Hi Everyone

Going Poland Mon morning will be going past you Sparky about 5 so if you want to wave me off just stand on the corner !!

DH has the same impression of me as you and Sue I don't want to go to the camps but DH and friends are visiting them so I will be on my own for the day. Now I am not bothered cos plenty of other things to do like shopping!!! but DH has told me not to walk to far from the hotel in case I get lost. Don't chat to everyone like you usually do. Watch where you go when going for something to eat and carry the name of the hotel with you :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

SUE I am sure LC came on and gave us her total last year. might be wrong !!

Put lots in my pot today!!

What do you mean theres no Father Christmas   but then who puts all the prezzies under the tree?? I feel so disillusioned :cry:

a teeny tiny 1p roadkill in the pot today as the sea scouts were packing bags at the C0-op so I gave the lad all my small change :o. My jake used to be a sea scout so I like to support them as I know they do a lot of fund raising for their excursions and new equipment :o

    Evening all.

More newbies - welcome and good luck.

I've had a great day with the Amex "small shops" day, but no cash handed over. I managed a little change from putting the lottery on, so £3 potted (included a £2 coin).

Most of my Xmas pressies are sorted, just bits and bobs.
    Just the food to sort.

A child in my class found 20p in the playground and I nearly wrestled them to the ground for it, but decided it would be unprofessional on my part. :(

    Lol

Sometimes you just have to just throw professionalism "out of the window" ........................ perhaps this was one of those times. :D

Asking for advice re keeping animals out of Christmas trees how do you stop a Jack Russel terrier from going under the tree and shaking herself, it's like one of the automatic tennis ball servers trying to catch baubles from flying off the tree :rotfl::rotfl:

lol this made me chuckle, until I remembered that my sister (and her partner, plus my mum) are coming down here for an early Christmas before we go on holiday....and she is bringing her dog, which is a 2 year old puggle. I'm scared for my poor Christmas tree!! :xmastree::eek::rotfl:

Managed to give myself food poisoning but while crawling to the bathroom I found 2 x 20p so it's not all bad. In the pot it goes :j

Wow, that's commitment!! Every cloud and all that.... _pale_ Hope you feel better soon.

Good day for the pot today. Bought some Nutella from Mossy's Market so £1 to pot. Also did a bit of retail therapy (DH is still on tour until about 3am tomorrow morning when he gets back and I dropped DD off at her friends house for their surprise trip to Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park...so feeling a bit sad). Potting 12p change and also found 20p under the sofa when I was moving it around (moved the sticky out bit of the sofa on to the other side so it doesn't get scorched by the gas fire). So thats £1.32 today...very happy with that!! :T

Had to spend £20 on a carbon monoxide detector today though  :wall: still better to be safe than sorry!! DH has ordered a new fan unit for the central heating which should arrive on Tuesday. Hopefully when he fits it, it fixes the problem!!

Enjoy the rest of the weekend peeps. :A
