I am also thinking about counting my pot as I don't want to have loads of coins at the end of a year. But still resisting :/ Plus I would need to buy a new tin if I opened this one.

    Long wait until November........

    Evening all!

Still on my fiscal fast so haven't had any coinage to pot. I did just offer to do a trouser rummage on DH but he wasn't keen. However, he did give me 45p. :D So I am going to pot that in a sec. :j

New tax year so I was sorting out my ISA's. Turns out that my Isa which I opened a couple of years ago has a higher rate than the new ones!! Wish I'd known that last year. Anyway, I'm pleased I didn't close them down. They now have money in both of them, well at least until DH has to pay his tax bill again in July! ;)

BTW, I want the sunshine!! Although I ordered some garden furniture from ASDA and paid to have it delivered today. Stayed in all day and it didn't turn up! :( Phone Asda and he said he'd call the courier and then call me back. Haven't heard anything....thinking there should be a goodwill gesture of free delivery and possibly a retrospective discount applied to the price. Not much point of paying extra to pick a day if they aren't going to bother delivering it!

    £8.90 potted today:)
I'm not potting daily at the minute as every time I do the kids need change for something, especially Fridays when they all need 40p each. So emptying pockets at the weekend to pot with my £1 a day (or£7 a week) money on a Monday.

    Morning all.
    .....when does the heatwave begin????
The Met Office reported that their three-month prediction showed the UK was set for above-average temperatures for April, May and June.
Mid April it starts they reckon .................................. they've been wrong before though!!
