Got Paid just after Midnight....So I put another Fiver in the Pot!!

Looked at my Finances again this morning....and put ANOTHER fiver in the Pot.... :j
So that's £15 in total over the past 12 hours....!!! AND I'm over the £100 mark!! :T

Hi Madrabbitgirl, and wonderful news about your partner's job! Rather than need to take cash out of your pot, why not put any possible savings into a 'holding pot' (see 1st post on page 1) so it's there if you need it. Then pop it in when you're sure you won't need it.
Good idea but I didn't see the need for a holding pot at the time as I wasn't expecting to have to use the money from my pot. But I may now use a holding pot for my change and then swap it for a note when I can & then put in my main pot.
Potted another fiver yesterday. Feeling enthusiastic at the mo! January 2016:
