£1.40 roadkill today - yay! Although I don't post much here I am still saving, my Mum even gave me a load of coppers the other day as she couldn't be bothered to count them up and take them to the bank so said I could have them for my pot.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Afternoon all.

Potted £5.30 today which included a £2 coin.
Weather not brilliant here, but started the gardening.

£2 potted for me today. Also, FINALLY, the £1 cons are having trouble going below the slot when I drop em in, so its time for a new tin :D

    Tin number 1 weighs 3.94kg.

Off to find a penny to start off tin number 2. I might even cheat and take 1p out of the biscuit tin that has last year's pottings in :D

    Hope everyone's enjoying the weekend.

When I started this challenge I asked my lads if they wanted to join me but they weren't keen. But today they gave me left over money from there college lunches, :T and along with last couple of weeks left over shopping money I've potted £65. :D
I'm so pleased, not just with the amount but with my lads as well. Roll on november.
    Have a great week everone

Well, on the plus side I haven't done any spending today, but on the down side I am really sad that I haven't done any potting either today. Well done to you 32b3in2013, on moving on to your next tin, that must be a great feeling.
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

    Evening all :D

Potted a teeny bit of shrapnel when I had a purse rummage.

Just paid off the DFS sofa loan three months early....boom!! :T The plan was always to clear it straight away so I only had it set to six monthly payments. Ideally I wanted to pay it off before the first monthly payment started but I needed some extra money for DH's tax payment so paying it off early had to wait a couple of months. Still it's done and dusted now! :T

Also paid £15 off the credit card....slowly slowly catchy monkey!! ;)

If you had nice weather, I hope you were able to get out in it and enjoy the sunshine. :)
Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!

Been busy working so still trying to catch up reading the posts! Potting is coming along nicely though :D.

I was paid yesterday for some expenses from way back in July which I'd forgotten about. Decided I could afford to keep half in my SPC - so that was £42 into the pot :j:j. Also raided DH's pockets and found a further £1.50 so into the pot that goes too. All in all, quite a successful weekend.

Off now to catch up with the posts from the last couple of days. Hope the next few days are quiet.
