It'll be lovely to have you with us, Newsavings. A very warm welcome to you, to MSE too. :grinheart Have fun saving and enjoy the banter. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 5 of page 1. Please read through post 1 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge.

Please also subscribe to the thread by clicking on "Thread Tools" (lower green bar) and clicking "Subscribe to this thread"...or you may lose us! To put your SPC No on, go to "Quick Links" (right side of top green bar), click and then click on "Edit Signature" and you're away. ;)

*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it really helps.

Well. Anyway, kept thinking about my pot.So I didn't buy the ice cream:decided a fiver in the pot would definately be worth it.

Have a wonderful evening at the works 'do', mumof3plusoh.

Ah but, Saver-upper, whichever way you view it, you still saved the £5er as you'd have needed another to feed your lass - and - £££££s in the pot are better than POUNDS to need to work off!! You still won! :D
Men are some crafty beggars at times, Lynne, we always have to bear that in mind when they want something, depending on what it is??!! ;)

Yes, you too ,sparky, and, nu1isit?, you're no different.:cool:
£2 potted yesterday - aiming to pot a daily £2 out of my 'pocket money'.

Good for you, getting-there-slowly, if you can keep that up it'll be a lovely sum to look forward to next year.

Keep up with your studies, keza, but have savings as a side-line. :)

You're most welcome, Rosy, you've really earned that this past week. I'd have been lost without you, ETO and Modesty, truly. :A:A:A
NSD's are good for us all, BlueDaisy, I should know as I get 6 of em a week. *rolls eyes"

It's marvellous to still have you here the next day, Caz, stick with us, Rosie won't mind as she's an honorary visitor anyway.

Have a good Friday, folks, and have a wonderful weekend!

Anyone wishing to join, please just ask, you're more than welcome, it's NEVER too late. There may be a lot of us, but don't be shy, we're a lovely lot, so come on in.:grinheart
Please read the 1st post on Page 1 first so you know what's what.

DS2 watched me in disblief..I'd like to say it was because I found money but think it was more to do with the fact I was hoovering :-)

I also found 20p in my dad's car....finders keepers and all that........

    I've been Money Tipped!
Afternoon all, nice and calm here now thank God!!

More and more newbies - welcome to you all and good luck with your savings.

I'm well on top of Xmas pressies now, though not many to buy for really.
We're doing a Amex small shops spend tomorrow (£5 cashback from a £10+ spend) to pick up some little extras and eating out. So maybe not much actual cash changing hands tomorrow!!

I managed to pot £2.50, which included another £2 coin.

    Take care all.
