Just potted a £2 coin that I was given in change yesterday...HOORAY!!

I had a lovely day, was given 2 birthday cakes, 3 bottles of wine, flowers and a hanging basket, dgd then told me that I was now '3 x 22'!!
Still potted £2, can't let the pot starve! Sue, I hope your day was great.

Thanks so very much indeed for your lovely Birthday wishes, everyone, I appreciated them so much and know full well that Caz will have done, though TWO cakes, greedy beggar!!! We had a simply goooorgeous one from M!rrisons, fresh cream and jam, simply delicious and only £3 something. Sparky, I get spoiled rotten every day and love it, he's an absolute gem! :kisses2: What a delightful day we had too, and so many gifts.....and the promise of an Indian on the 20th...no idea what he will taste like! :shocked:

Belated wishes are just as lovely as 'on the day' ones, Rosy, at least that's what I always tell folk when I miss theirs, I'm sure they are.

Thank you so much, Caz! Oh, I just adore chocolate cake, but we had jam and vanilla as it's what the family like best. I hope you had a really lovely day, we had a gorgeous one, then had a perfect evening with the children and Grandchildren, bliss!! :j Hubby & I have chicken too, so many common interests...so much madness! What a something or other that Dr was!! :mad: Most young'ns here can be marvellous with their new methods and better than the older ones, sadly some don't always have the bedside manner and sympathetic ear which is always needed. Take it easy, but keep mobile - and as he said.....taking the pills.

Thank you for my star Sue. I shall treasure it always however i can only keep one on show on my signature, the number next to it is the number i have at home in my cabinet which is full of ones you have given me in the past. I love each on equally

Dot (my pup) is doing great. Very much a pain in the bum but i love her regardless. I'd love nothing more than to give up work and spend all day every day cuddling her She's 18 weeks on Sunday. We are currently doing the Kennel Club Puppy Foundation course and i think we're both loving it.

As for my car..... i have it back, i think it's had a lot of work done to it however my mechanic isn't the quickest at invoicing me so i won't know for a while. I'm thinking upwards of £500 though
