Just a quick wee note, it's free listing on eBay today on 5 day listings so if your looking to declutter (and make a few pence for your pot) get a listing but do remember the fvf's now also include your postage so ebay take 10% of your entire payment not just your auction sale price. Also Royal Mail changed the rules on small packet sizing so a lot of small bulky items will now be classed as a small packet as well as the old small packet sizes. Off the top of my head I think new size is 35cm x 25cm x 16cm, but do check royal mails site to confirm. (Means more cost effective to send clothing items etc)
Jake is off to get his braces todayI'm happy! . . . . He is not :rotfl:, pfft, he's only got to have them 14 months, I had 2 1/2 years! . . . My sister had 4 years :rotfl:

Hiya everybody just want to know when people say they have banked there money have you actually taken it to the bank. I am only asking as my money is now mounting up in my terramundi pot. When my sil got burgled they stole her pot and I would be devastated to loose the money. Any advice would be greatly received thank you xxx:beer:Spc member 264 £200 banked. £74 potted :beer:0

Hello princess-angelica,
I am sorry to hear your sil was burgled, as far as I am aware you can pay your money to the bank at any time - you just add a note in your signature to let Sue and Sparky keep a running total. I believe this is right but I know that Sue and the many other lovely people here will be able to give you the correct advice if I am wrong!
EDIT: I think some SPC's have a special account to put their loot in!
Jo x
Hello all,
I have been lurking for a while, not felt well enough to post for a while but still potting away. I am going to post more later as I am going to bed after a hectic night shift!
Take care all

Sue it's such a relief to hear that people are getting food and medical supplies in somehow. Who is paying the £1000 per day? Council? Government? I feel so sad for them all.
One of our friends (ex-neighbour) who has a pub at Upton-on -Severn was on TV last night saying how the flood barriers have saved the area. He has only had the pub for a few months so it could have been a total disaster for him..phew...
Thanks for the fleabay tip jakes-mum I can't see the free listing on the site but I'll have a go later today. Hope you feel better today BTW.
Hugs to any poorly people and welcome to new potters. Enjoy saving!

Thanks for my star SUE, I think it's going to be hard to quit for DH as he doesn't want to. He's only doing it for me. But at least he's trying
JAKESMUM I don't want to dishearten you but please be careful with hypnotherapy. I went for some when my phobia was just a little problem. I spent about £3000 on it as I truelly believed it was helping. It wasn't intil family members pointed out I was a lot worse that I noticed, it's actually made me 10x worse!!!!
I believe CBT just helps you rationalise things, but as you have trouble getting there I reccomend the book 'cbt for dummies'. It's got some great little excersises in then to help you locate the problem. Hope that helps x
