Thank you Skyblueshez. :) Sometimes I wonder if I'm mad wanting to go in to the profession, especially when I sit in the staff room at lunch time lol!! But it feels right so I'm going for it....not even Mr Gove can put me off!! :p

Yes definitely go for it... I moan just like any teacher but I really do love the job (despite Mr Gove!!)

SUE! Thank goodness you're back, all right folks, we can call off the search party now. Hope you and family are all ok Sue. It looks horrendous where you are. (((Hugs))) :(

ETO, you too, been imagining all kinds of things happening. Cuddles to Baby ETO. :)

Is Sparky ok Sue? Haven't heard from him since he came home from NY.

Potting news, pot is resealed Sue, I needed to change notes for cash or it wouldn't have been opened. :o
Today I have a £2 coin to pot plus 2 x £10 notes I picked up in a very busy market hall. People were just walking over them, including DH. Blind as the proverbial he is. :p I feel a bit guilty but if I'd have asked who lost them everybody there would have probably claimed them. Not like years ago. :(

Welcome to our newbies, enjoy saving.
    Hugs to all in need.

Sold a book on Amazon, which DH has posted for me. He said that I could keep the £1.60 which it cost to post... so £1.60 is heading into my sealed pot! :j :j

Speaking of sealed pots, mine is also making a lovely sound. Trying to help smash the amazing total from last year. :A Plus I realised that it's DH's 40th birthday next year. I'd like to get him a ticket to see the British Grand Prix, but the only way to do it is to save, save, save!

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Evening all.
Sue, nice to hear your are safe up on higher ground. Hope those less fortunate get back to normal living asap. I think it was the PM who said it's "Biblical".

Bike not sold, the guy didn't turn up. It will sell soon though and I'll still add that £10 to the pot once sold.
    I potted 1 x £2 coin, 3 x £1 coins and a 50p coin = £5.50 potted.

Well I hope all are well big hugs to all that need them.

Welcome all new potters and good luck with your savings:rotfl:

I have potted £20 for the Miami fund and will bank a further fiver at the end of the month, plus some odd change yesterday. Not had much spending this week and therefore only a little potting as I have been doing some long hours at work, hopefully this will settle again next week and will have lots more bits to pot :T
